1. Use of Services

- Customers must provide accurate and complete information for shipments, including correct delivery addresses and legal documentation.
- Dangerous or prohibited goods (such as hazardous materials, illegal items, or counterfeit products) are not permitted.
2. Shipment and Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors (e.g., traffic, weather, customs delays).
- We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure events.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the recipient is available at the delivery location.
3. Warehousing and Storage
- Stored goods must comply with safety, health, and legal regulations.
- Mindseeds Logistics reserves the right to refuse or remove goods that pose risks.
4. Liability
- Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the declared value or the applicable insurance coverage, if purchased.
- We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages.
5. Payment Terms
- Fees for logistics services are as stated in our invoices and must be paid within the agreed timeframe.
- Late payments may attract additional charges.
6. Changes to Services
- We may modify or discontinue services with prior notice.
- Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of new terms.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
